The owner is super friendly and helpful.
The owner is super friendly and helpful. Even he cannot speak English much but he always try to help us. Room is super clean and big Location is good. Near the market, convenient stores and many restaurant. Parking would not be a big problem since the owner always there to help u.

Fantastic location - super close to amenities
The hotel is very conveniently located and you can walk to both Jeonbang and Cheonjiyeon waterfalls (opposite direction) if you want. Parking was at the property and the owner will re-park for you as required, based on your departure time. There are many eateries within walking distance (black pork restaurant just opposite) and there is a market just meters to the left of the hotel. The owner is really friendly and although he couldn't converse much in English, we made do with sign language!
The water from the washbasin just washes out into the shower area, not a big deal but just a little surprising.

Cheap budget hotel
It's located next to the market and the 3 Food Streets are nearby, very convenient.
1. This hotel does not provide Bath Towel, instead they provide Face Towel. 2. Standard Toiletry are not provided. 3. Blanket is provided instead of Comforter, and it's more like a mattress cover it's too small for 2 persons on a Queen Bed. 4. The toilet sink pipe was leaking, due to poor maintenance. 5. Reception staff cannot speak English, I had problems communicating with them 6. They don't provide recipt or invoice on payment.
